The Moritz von Oswald trio (NSI / Sun Electric) and Sasu Ripatti (Vladislav Delay / Luomo) released its third album « Horizontal Structures ». This new opus is enhanced by a contribution of Paul St Hilaire (as well-know as Tikiman) on guitar and Marc Muellbauer (via ECM) on bass. This new opus is clearly more open, more expressive than the last studio album « Vertical Ascent ». There is more contrast, light and shadow. The consistency of this four pieces is remarkable and the gap between acoustic and electronic become undetectable.
